In this this extended 90 minute 1:1 knife skills class, you’ll get to grips and gain confidence with all these tasks and more.
During the session we will cover knife skills for a variety of basic seasonal vegetables and fruits. There will be universal basics that we will cover in all classes such as onions, garlic, carrots, herbs, plus the option to choose a few extras that you would find the most useful. We will finish by making a simple soup and gremolata garnish together to use up what we have chopped. Via soup making you’ll also learn about seasoning to taste, to really make your dishes shine.
After purchasing the class you will receive the link to my calendar to book yourself in to a slot (flexible timings are available), as well as a questionnaire to fill out to enable me to tailor the class to your skills set.
Classes can also be booked as gifts, and a gift card can be sent as per the class gift card.
