In this basic 1:1 1 hour online knife skills class, you’ll get a whirlwind tour of knife skills to help you get to grips and gain confidence with all these tasks and more.
During the session we will cover knife skills for a variety of basic seasonal vegetables. There will be universal basics that we will cover in all classes such as onions, garlic, carrots, herbs, plus the option to choose a few extras that you would find the most useful. You will be provided with a soup recipe for you to use up all the ingredients you have chopped in your own time after class.
After purchasing the class you will receive the link to my calendar to book yourself in to a slot (flexible timings are available), as well as a questionnaire to fill out to enable me to tailor the class to your skills set.
Classes can also be booked as gifts, and a gift card can be sent as per the class gift card.
