Chickpea tofu with sweet chilli sauce, grilled hispi cabbage & purple sprouting broccoli, quinoa, carrot ribbons with mint and black sesame
In this class we will make our own tofu from scratch using chickpea flour, make a fiery chili sauce to go with it, along with grilled hispi cabbage and purple sprouting broccoli. All of this will be served over quinoa and with a refreshing carrot ribbon and mint garnish. Class suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
The class is £22 and includes a recipe sheet and detailed how to guide, an invitation to join my private cooking tips Facebook group and a discount to past and future recipe ebooks sold through this site.
An ingredients list and link to join the class (held on zoom) will be sent out at least 5 days before the class.
